Established in 2006, the Chapman University Sailing Team has overcome a myriad of challenges to become a prominent member of the Pacific Coast Collegiate Sailing Conference (PCCSC). Originally formed by experienced sailors Max Moosmann ('10) and Aaron Krugman ('10) as a loosely formed club, the team grew into a club sport in 2007 and has expanded to include more than a dozen members from across the world, with diverse backgrounds in sailing. Using Newport Harbor as our base of operation, Chapman Sailing travels the west coast, competing at regattas with other member schools of the PCCSC.
